Placing & Paying For Your Order
To submit an order online:
Fill out and submit the order request form below. You may submit multiple order forms if you wish to order different color/size combinations for the same style. Important: Be sure to click the “Submit Order Form” button at the bottom of your order!
When we receive your order(s), you will receive an email confirmation with instructions for payment (check or Venmo).
When payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped to you the week of May 22nd.
To submit and pay for an order via mail:
Download the printable order form below.
Print and fill out your order form.
Mail your order form with a check; or, mail your order form and make a payment with VENMO.
When we receive your order and payment, your order will be processed and shipped to you the week of May 19th.

Individual orders are currently being accepted through May 8th.
Orders placed by May 8th will be shipped the week of May 22nd.
Bulk orders of 12 or more may be submitted at any time. Bulk orders can be customized with a variety of color and style options. Email us for more information about placing a bulk order:
